Hay Barn Celebration Stay

Gambledown Farm sits in the Hampshire countryside, with a real sense of space and quiet around it. Hay Barn will be our base for four nights — comfortable, contained, and entirely our own.

It has something of the Dartington feel to it — not in scale, but very much in atmosphere. Everything is close at hand, and we will be SO comfortable.

The main suite in The Hay Barn is accessed by its own flight of stairs, it has a king-sized bed, an ensuite shower room and a large window looking down onto the open living space below. ​The ground floor hosts a double-height living area with impressive floor-to-ceiling windows and a bespoke kitchen. One family bedroom and shower room is found on this floor with a bunkbed and two singles, which can be made up into a king-sized bed to suit your group. A third bedroom upstairs with views across to the horses paddock has twin beds and an ensuite family bathroom.

The Hay Barn has a private rear garden with a Weber BBQ and picnic table, and front garden area with a patio, further outdoor seating and lawn. The barn is totally equipped with anything you would need for a comfortable self-catered stay with modern accessories including a washing machine, dishwasher, Sky television and underfloor heating. 

You can purchase home-grown produce from our farm shop, including eggs, bacon, sausages, beef steaks, burgers and other seasonal food to cook in the fully equipped kitchen.

Securing the accommodation

To secure the Hay Barn, I now need to place a holding deposit with an initial payment of £175 per person. (There is some accommodation flexibility here for partners to join us, too.) The remaining balance will be sorted much later in the year and can be spread over time.

The Event Barn

The Event Barn will be our working space for the weekend — light, open, and very close by.

Love Your Voice & Sing Joyfully — 10-year celebration (March 2027) 

The plan: A basic outline of how the stay would work:

Friday — arrival
Saturday & Sunday — full working days, to include ...
Sunday afternoon — Sing Joyfully celebration
Monday morning — a more  intimate or bespoke working session tba
Monday afternoon — time to relax, walk, and enjoy being there
Tuesday — departure

This gives us a slightly extended stay, so it feels like a proper mini-break as well as the 10-year celebration itself.
